This is the very preliminar scheme of the project: a city growing from the high, hanging from the upper levels and connected a network of hidraulic travelling tubes. A first group of megastructures (or inhabitated pillars) hold big horizontal beams from where flats, offices and recreational areas go down to the water. This experimental scheme is supposed to be placed on the Rio de la Plata river, around three kilometres from the coast of BA.
